What actually happened ?
Andrew goofs up pronouncing 'lawfully wedded wife' as 'waffle-y wedded wife' in his vows. A waffle is a batter or dough based cake cooked in a waffle iron patterned to give a distinctive and characteristic shape. He ends up saying 'pancake-y' and the bride bursts out in uncontrollable laughter.
The Bride's father (seen in the left) also bursts out laughing and the Groom's father tries to control himself.
Groom : 'I've been scared of this my whole life'
Bride in splits and starts stamping the floor in laughter
Groom: 'Just give her a second' and she breaks out laughing even more!
Groom (finally): 'as man and wife'
Groom's father: 'The court will take a recess'
